Thank you for your interest in booking a Rv rental from Ohana Camper Rentals. Unfortunately, the owners of Ohana Camper Rentals have decided to no longer rent out their campers due to health reasons. Meacham’s RV has worked with Alicia and James to help in this transition. We will be taking over 3 of their units and providing the customers already booked in those units the same great personal service that Ohana Camper Rentals had provided. Meacham RV’s Simple Rental Process

  • 1. Select a category of camper / travel trailer that suits you & your family’s needs
  • 2. Within that category, select the camper/travel trailer that works best for your group.
  • 3. At the bottom of each camper/travel trailer page, you'll find a request form to fill out. Once submitted, we’ll check availability and send you a formal quote with the same prices you saw on our website.
  • 4. If the camper is unavailable, we will recommend a similar option based on your request.

You must make your own reservations with Disney's® Fort Wilderness Campground — we do not handle your reservation.
Pets are only allowed in our #FW46 and #FW49 campers. The rest of our campers are 100% pet-free, so you do not have to worry about pets having been in our units.
Smoking is not allowed in any rental camper. Additionally, please remove your shoes before entering our units.

Whats Included In Every Standard Fort Wilderness Package

✓ Blankets, pillows and sheets for all of the beds – any bunks and the queen bed. If you need bed sets for the dinette and sofa let us know, there is an additional fee for the extra bedding.
✓ A set of 10 – 14 bath towels, 4 hand towels , 4 wash cloths, and dish towels

All Fort Wilderness Packages must be delivered, there are no “haul yourself” and/or self-towing options.

Disney's® Fort Wilderness Camping Package Overview

• Make sure the site you reserve is appropriate for the travel trailer you want. The by the way Our Fit nicely on the pop-up 1500 And 2000 loops.

• On the day of check-in, we will arrive at or before your scheduled arrival time. We will obtain your site number from Disney. If you get the site number before we do, please text, call, or email it to us (see contact info below).

• We will go directly to your site and begin setting up your camper/travel trailer.

• We completely set up your rental camper — no work is required on your part! This includes connecting the electric, water, and sewer; setting out an outdoor mat with four camping chairs; extending the awning with lights; scanning TV channels; and more.

• About one week before your rental, we will send you an email with detailed instructions and a complete video walk-through. Be sure to watch this video prior to your arrival. Normally, your camper will already be set up at your site when you arrive. If you have any questions after watching the video, feel free to call us.

Our package price includes full-service delivery, setup, and removal, along with detailed instructions on operating and using the camper. It takes us roughly 30 minutes to set up. If you’re at your campsite while we are setting up and have questions after watching the video walk-through, please let us know. Otherwise, call us with any additional questions.

The rental process was super easy. Since this was our first time renting a camper at Fort Wilderness, it was pretty amazing to see it all set up and ready upon our arrival. All we had to do was unpack our car! The owner, Andrew was always friendly, responsive, and made us feel well taken care of. Everything we could possibly want or need was provided with the camper. We loved the extra Disney touches, such as the Mickey runner on the floor and the Mickey waffle iron in the Kitchen. We truly appreciated the cleanliness of the camper and how you could tell that it was meticulously maintained. With that said, we will definitely rent from Meacham's RV again. We can't wait!

Meacham RV is the best way to stay at Disney World. You just show up and everything need is already set up for you. Camping at Fort Wilderness with Meacham allows you to have the Disney experience without all the crowds of the resorts.
