Some Basic Restrictions
All Florida Camping Packages must be delivered, there are no “haul yourself” and/or self-towing options.

Camping Rental Package Overview

● Make sure the site you reserve is appropriate for the travel trailer you want.
● On the day of check-in, we will arrive at or before your scheduled arrival time. If you get the site number before we do, please text, call, or email it to us (see contact info below).
● We will go directly to your site and begin setting up your camper/travel trailer.
● We completely set up your rental camper so you don’t have to lift a finger! This includes connecting electric, water, and sewer hookups, laying out an outdoor mat with 4 camping chairs, extending the awning with lights, scanning for TV channels, and more!
● About one week before your rental, we will send you an email with detailed instructions and a complete video walk-through. Be sure to watch this video prior to your arrival. Normally, your camper will already be set up at your site when you arrive. If you have any questions after watching the video, feel free to call us.

Our package price includes full-service delivery, setup, and removal, along with detailed instructions on operating and using the camper. It takes us roughly 30 minutes to set up. If you’re at your campsite while we are setting up and have questions after watching the video walk-through, please let us know. Otherwise, call us with any additional questions.

Our Cancellation Policy

We do not issue any refunds on payments applied to a scheduled rental
we only allow a credit for future rental with Meacham’s RV with no expiration date

This review is coming in a bit late, but I wanted to share our excellent experience my family and I had last October renting and staying in one of Meacham's RV's finest campers. The rental process was super easy. Since this was our first time renting a camper at Fort Wilderness, it was pretty amazing to see it all set up and ready upon our arrival. All we had to do was unpack our car! The owner, Andrew was always friendly, responsive, and made us feel well taken care of. Everything we could possibly want or need was provided with the camper. We loved the extra Disney touches, such as the Mickey runner on the floor and the Mickey waffle iron in the Kitchen. We truly appreciated the cleanliness of the camper and how you could tell that it was meticulously maintained. With that said, we will definitely rent from Meacham's RV again. We can't wait!

Meacham RV is the best way to stay at Disney World. You just show up and everything need is already set up for you. Camping at Fort Wilderness with Meacham allows you to have the Disney experience without all the crowds of the resorts. It was our second time to use Meacham and would have a hard time going back to traditional resorts.
