Rent Policy

At Meachamps RV Rental, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and enjoyable RV rental experience. To ensure a smooth rental process and protect our equipment, we have established the following rental policies:

• Rental Requirements:
  • Must be at least 25 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Credit card for security deposit.
  • Proof of insurance.
• Rental Period:
  • Minimum rental period of 2 days.
  • Additional fees may apply for shorter rentals.
  • Early return is not permitted without prior approval.
• Payment:
  • A 60% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Final payment is due [number] days prior to the rental start date.
  • Accepted payment methods include card and cash.
• Damages and Insurance:
  • Customers are responsible for any damages to the RV caused by negligence or misuse.
  • We offer optional damage waiver insurance for an additional fee.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • No cancellations under 7 days before the booked date.
• RV Condition:
  • RVs are thoroughly inspected before and after each rental.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the RV in the same condition as it was received.
• Pets:
  • No pets unless they are trained.
• Smoking:
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any of our RVs.
  • Violators will be charged a cleaning fee.
• Additional Rules:
  • We reserve the right to deny any customer we deem unable to lend our services.
